Funding the work
Some church technology and training grants may cover these costs. Eligibility depends on the funder, your church and the proposed use—not every grant covers AI tools or subscriptions.
Confirm eligible expenses and any approval required before purchasing. Funding is not guaranteed.

No AI service is risk-free. Before connecting anything, agree which tools and data your church permits, who has access, and how information is stored. Keep confidential pastoral conversations, prayer requests, children’s information and financial details out of unapproved tools. Your staff review outputs; the assistant does not send emails on its own.
You do not need an in-house developer to use the policy pack or join training. The Done-With-You Kit is set up with your team. Connecting an office assistant may require help from whoever administers your church’s email and software accounts.
Timing depends on your chosen package, the tools you use and the access your church approves. A setup schedule is agreed before work begins. The Done-With-You Kit includes a 60-minute live staff training session.
Possibly. Some technology and training grants may support eligible tools, setup or staff training. Check the funder’s current rules and whether approval is required before spending. Browse technology and training grants.
That is a useful starting point. The focus is on how your team uses AI: shared guidelines, repeatable workflows and staff review. Any account connections or additional software costs should be agreed before setup.
Gardner & Sons Advisory is the provider of the Church AI packages and Church Office Assistant offered on this page. Grants for Ministry hosts this offer alongside its grant directory. Buying a package does not affect grant eligibility or how grants are ranked.
